Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use paymentpacket.online. This page describes how Paymentpacket Garage Doors works toward that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Aim For
Our hope is that as many people as possible can use this site with ease. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
What We Try to Do
To make the site easier to use, we try to:
- Give every page a clear heading structure
- Add alt text to images that carry meaning
- Pick colors with strong contrast
- Support keyboard navigation
- Build layouts that fit any screen size
- Keep the wording short and plain
- Label each form field
Where We May Miss the Mark
Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
Getting Help Another Way
If something on the site is hard for you to use, there are other ways to get help. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@paymentpacket.online and we will help where we can.
Share Your Feedback
Your comments help us improve. Email contact@paymentpacket.online and tell us:
- Which page or tool gave you trouble
- What you tried and what happened
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you are able to share it
We will read your note and try to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. We keep it in mind each time the site is updated.
